Today has been a yuck day....well i guess not the whole day, just towards the end. I hate lack of communication, lack of thoughtfulness, in other words selfishness. In myself and in others.
I wish days like this never existed.

Sunday was the London Bridge days...
Some of the churches praise and worship teams got together and played a few songs for the community.

Needless to say we were there ALL day long, while Rudy set up the sound equipment.

Our internet has been down for the last 2 days...so frustrating.
Finally i am able to post my photos.

This was taken Saturday after the Parade, there was a boxcar durby down McCulloch. The Lady running it waved the $25 fee for Lennon.
He had so much fun. He is such a manly man.
If you can't tell...Lennon is the one in the RED car, his face full of focus and determination.
He was able to race 4 times, won - 2 lost - 2

He walked away with a 5th place trophy, and his head held high

Day 15

Day 13

Today while laying on the bed with Rudy, i put Penny up with us, she is way to short and the bed far to high for her to make the jump herself.

Of course we both decided to tease her a bit and asked her if she wanted to go bye bye.

Those 2 words is all it takes to send this poor dog into a frenzy of mad howling, running around and jumping. its the funniest thing ever.

i should feel bad that i get her all riled up, but i enjoy watching her freak out more than i feel bad.

Day 9

Today has been such a long day...i couldn't sleep very well last night, 

i was all anxious, about getting to drive my car.

Silly i know...:) 

There were a couple things that needed to be done first

before i could drive her..a bit of dad's good o'l

recycling, and jerry rigging. 

and we were OFF

Day 8

Day eight...i nearly forgot to post...not to long and it will be day 9...

Today is a wonderful day, a happy day, one to make me smile.

today we drove to parker to pick up sweet Matilda...

for those of you who dont know who Matilda is 

she is my 1970 VW bug

my dear dad has had her about 3 weeks now getting her

up and running.

tomorrow i will be driving her home to Havasu.

Rudy and I watched our wedding video this morning. So in the spirit of things,

i have for you 2 photos. One of that sweet day near 9 years ago, and one taken

this morning.

A lot has changed. including our bodies...hehe

Even our love has changed, its stronger and more understanding that it was then.

I can honestly say that i love my husband more now than i did then.
